Returns for online orders

Contact us by e-mail to return purchased defective goods by e-mail:

Please provide the following information:

– product name, quantity;

– Receipt of payment;

– reason for return.

After receiving your notice, we will contact you personally and agree on the terms and conditions of your return.

Defective goods may be replaced or returned within 14 days from the date of delivery to the Buyer in accordance with the Order of the Minister of Economy of 2001. June 29, Order No. 217 “On Approving the Return and Replacement Rules”, approved by the Return and Replacement Rules.

The cost of shipping the goods to the seller is paid by the buyer.

To return the product (s), the Buyer must comply with the following conditions:

1. Returned goods must be packed as they were at the time of receipt, i.e. covered with a protective film with foam at the edges;

2. The goods must not be damaged by the Buyer;

3. Changes in the appearance of the packaging should not be construed as a significant change in the appearance of the product;

4. Returned goods must be in the same set as was received;

5. When returning the goods, it is necessary to present a purchase document and a completed return document.

6. If the Seller proves that the goods were damaged by the Buyer due to a violation of the rules of use or storage of the goods, such goods cannot be replaced, cannot be repaired and the money will not be returned.

7. In the event of a dispute about a change in the appearance of the product or its damage, the seller must contact the State Inspectorate of Non-Food Products in writing and, upon receipt of written opinions, immediately notify the Buyer. Delivery to other countries is governed by a separate agreement, and the price depends on the delivery method you choose.
